Food quality FDA

The approval of the FDA shows the safety of the ingredients and the additives contained in all the canned fish of Oceamic II. Additives are also anything in the packaging, such as paper, adhesive or plastic, that may come into contact, intentionally or not, with the food.

IFS international featured standards

Oceamic II has been audited to obtain the IFS Food certification. The requirements have been fulfilled at the highest level and Oceamic II has received the certificate. By applying IFS, Oceamic II not only guarantees the production of high quality and safe products, but also improves the existing internal processes, thus saving money, improving customer relations and increasing competitiveness.

BRC Food certificated

Oceamic has the certification BRC Food. This one allows to enter on the markets dominated by the big Anglo-Saxon distributors. Moreover, the BRC is valid internationally proving the security and the quality of food. Indeed, it integrates all the recommendations of the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) in its checklist of requirements and its protocol.

Friends of the sea

Friend of the sea

Oceamic II obtained the certificate “Friend of the Sea”, which means that its products come from fish stocks which are not overexploited, that the method of fishing does not have an impact on the seabed and that it does not threaten the balance of the sea.

BSCI: Grad A

Oceamic II has the certification BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) examining the legal, social and environmental aspects of the company. Thanks to this certification, the company Oceamic II is thus in social conformity in the world supply chain.

The BSCI aims to establish a common platform for the codes of conduct and monitoring systems of individual European companies. It also lays the foundation for a common system of social compliance monitoring.
